Please treat the video call as if you are meeting the Adviser in real life.
Find a quiet space so that our Adviser can hear you clearly.
Ensure proper lighting and position your camera correctly so that we can see your face.

Participant etiquette

Dress appropriately (fully dressed) as you would when attending an appointment in real life.
Be professional and speak kindly and respectfully. We will not tolerate any abuse.
Be ready to actively listen and engage with your Adviser so that you can get the most out of your advice session.
