Once we have your details, we will send you a video call link via text message to the telephone number you provide. Therefore, please ensure this telephone number can receive text messages.

This should only take a few minutes, so please make sure you are ready for the video call before you submit the form. 

Please be aware that this service is available between 9am and 4pm, Monday – Friday.  It will not be possible for us to respond to a request outside of these hours

    To ensure a smooth video call experience, please familiarise yourself with our video call etiquette below.

    Create the best possible environment

    • Please treat the video call as if you are meeting the Adviser in real life
    • Find a quiet space so that our Adviser can hear you clearly
    • Ensure proper lighting and position your camera correctly so that we can see your face

    Participant etiquette

    • Dress appropriately (fully dressed) as you would when attending an appointment in real life
    • Be professional and speak kindly and respectfully. We will not tolerate any abuse
    • Be ready to actively listen and engage with your Adviser so that you can get the most out of your advice session
