Citizens Advice in North & West Kent
About us

Helping people to access advice more easily

The Kent Advice Hub is a free, confidential, independent, and impartial advice service delivered by a network of Citizens Advice organisations in Kent. We are independent charities and part of the Citizens Advice network across England and Wales.

We are here to advise and support people across Kent who are struggling financially due to the cost of living crisis. People can benefit from getting money advice in an accessible way using digital methods. Whether you need help with budgeting or dealing with any debts, our trained Advisers are here to help you find a way forward. Our goal is to help make money advice more accessible.

The service can be accessed Monday to Friday, between 9 am to 5 pm.

We are independent of creditors, the Council, and Government. We won’t pass on any information you tell us without your consent.

The service is funded by Kent County Council (KCC), through its Helping Hands Scheme. They have funded the service to enable Kent residents facing extreme financial pressures to seek money advice as soon as possible.
