For the most vulnerable facing complex challenges
Casework Support

Specialist support for those facing the most complex challenges

Casework Support builds on our award winning Money and Mental Health Programme that provides intensive, person-centred support for individuals experiencing multiple and overlapping challenges.

While many people can resolve issues through advice and guidance, some require longer-term support to address complex circumstances that may involve financial hardship, housing insecurity, health concerns, family difficulties or other barriers to stability. Resilience Pathways is designed to work alongside individuals over a sustained period, helping them navigate challenges, access support and build the confidence and skills needed to achieve lasting change.

Funded through Kent County Council’s Crisis & Resilience Fund, the programme focuses on improving outcomes for vulnerable residents by providing dedicated support tailored to individual needs and circumstances.
