Young Futures is a developing programme within Kent Advice Hub that aims to help young people build the skills, knowledge and support networks they need to navigate life’s challenges and achieve their full potential.
We know that early intervention plays a vital role in preventing problems from escalating later in life. By providing practical guidance, trusted support and opportunities to get involved in their communities, Young Futures will help young people develop the confidence and resilience needed to make informed decisions about their future.
Funded through Kent County Council’s Crisis & Resilience Fund, the programme will focus on supporting young people before challenges become crises, helping them build stronger foundations for adulthood.
Improve financial knowledge and money management skills
Create opportunities for young people to support and inspire one another
Increase awareness of advice and support available to young people
Providing practical information and tools to help young people understand budgeting, managing money, dealing with financial pressures and planning for the future
Young Futures is currently under development, and we are working with partners across Kent to shape a programme that reflects the needs and aspirations of young people.
As the project grows, this page will be updated with information about services, opportunities and ways to get involved.
Together, we can help young people build the resilience, skills and confidence to thrive now and in the future.
