The Kent Advice Hub is a free, confidential, independent, and impartial advice service delivered by a network of Citizens Advice organisations in Kent. We are independent charities and part of the Citizens Advice network across England and Wales.
We are here to advise and support people across Kent who are struggling financially due to the cost-of-living crisis. Whether you need help with budgeting or dealing with any debts, our trained Advisers are here to help you find a way forward. Our goal is to help make money advice more accessible.
The service can be accessed between Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4pm.
We are independent of creditors, the Council, and the Government. We won’t pass on any information you tell us without your consent.
The service is partially funded by Kent County Council (KCC) through its Helping Hands Scheme. They have funded the service to enable Kent residents facing extreme financial pressures to seek money advice as soon as possible.
