We currently have 40 advice kiosks in community spaces across Kent (with more locations coming soon). These kiosks allow you to make a video call where you can see and speak with a Citizens Advice adviser.
There’s no need to make an appointment, as you can drop in during the location opening times. Someone will be on hand to help you make the call if needed.
